What if batteries died, how can I open the door from the inside and outside

From the inside, you can always turn the interior door lever to open the door directly even if battery died.

The smart door knob lever with Type C port for emergency power supply or unlock with the mechanical keys came with the lock from outside.

Fingerprints are hard to be read

Please ensure your fingers are at multiple positions and angles during fingerprint enrollment. When the fingers are wet, sticky or not clean, it will be hard to unlock the door.

Does it support remotely unlock with Wifi?

Yes, but you need purchase either TT lock G2 or G3 gateway (sold separately).

What can I do if the smart knob locks me out after several times incorrectly input?

For user safety, if you enter the wrong fingerprint ten times in a row, the lock will enter security mode, and stop accepting fingerprints for unlock. Methods to exit this mode:

  • Unlock via app
  • Unlock via backup key
  • Waiting for 3 minutes.
