Refund&Return

All returns are accepted, please contact us by service@tinewa.com, if you need return or refund, we will offer you the return address and other details.

Before that, please know the following tips:

• Please check the items and accessories once you receiving Tinewa package, if have any lost or damage problem, please do contact us within 72 hours, we will arrange refund or resend according to your need;
• If you still not receive the parcel while the delivery show successed, please contact us within 72 hours, we could arrange reshipment for you; 
• If you need exchange the Tinewa item, please contact us in 7 days and keep the items in new condition, not be used;
• If you need return the Tinewa item, please contact us in 3 months and keep the items in new condition, not be used;
• For non-quality problem, we do not undertake the return postage; 
• Please do return the package according to our requirement, once receiving the returned items, we will refund you immediately;
• Please note: if there have any problem about your order, please contact us according to the regulated time, hope you could understand our work.
