What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

How do I return or exchange an item, and where should I send it?

Contact us at service@tinewa.com as soon as possible for return/exchange approval and instructions. Then send your new, unused items in their original condition to:

What is the timeframe for returns and exchanges?

Exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns: Contact us within 3 months of receipt.

All returned/exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs, and what if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

For non-quality returns, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

If your package arrives damaged, with missing items, or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 72 hours. We’ll arrange a reshipment or refund at no extra cost to you.
